Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating a Logly account or embedding the Logly tracker on your website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Logly provides privacy-preserving web analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Logly to:
- Track websites you do not own or control
- Circumvent plan limits through artificial means
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the infrastructure
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
4. Powered by Logly badge
Free and Starter plan users are required to include a visible "Powered by Logly" attribution link on any page being tracked. Pro and Business plans are badge-free.
5. Billing and plans
Paid plans are billed monthly. Early access pricing is locked for the lifetime of the subscription — it will not increase beyond annual CPI adjustments (HICP, Eurostat). Plan limits (pageviews, data retention) are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that consistently exceed their plan limits.
6. Free plan
The Free plan is provided as-is and may be modified at any time. We aim to keep a free tier indefinitely but do not guarantee it.
7. Data and privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support desk. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
Logly is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
